REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

*ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

All hair extensions, wigs, toppers and any custom hair pieces cannot be resold after being worn or handles by the buyer. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

*If you have placed an order and would like to cancel the order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the purchase date to be accepted. If the cancellation request exceeds the 24 hour period it will not be accepted.

***Please make sure that you read the details and/or product description in its entirety before placing an order. We have a no exchange/no refund policy.

Please note any colored hair extensions, wigs, toppers or any other custom hair pieces may vary due to imagery and/or the color and condition of said hair prior to the application of color. 

All hair bundles do not lift the same for various reasons including but not limited to donors natural hair color and processing by manufacturers and vendors. 

We are not responsible for wigs, hair extensions or toppers not fitting properly due to your selection of the incorrect cap size at the time of your purchase.Please refer to our sizing chart before making your selection.
